Ladies, do you like guys that have their genitals pierced, and if so which piercing? And Guys, have you ever had a Prince Albert, and how did it effect the way your penis functioned (urination, ejaculation, etc.)?

Prince Albert and other genital piercings that pass through the urethra have an extremely low risk of infection, owing to the reasonably quick healing time and the fact that your own urine will help clean the piercing (urine from your own body can't infect your body, unless you have a serious urinary tract infection but I think you'd know about it if you did.). Other genital piercings are slower to heal. You do have to keep it clean, because often times the pubic area builds up with sweat and body oil. But I assume you shower regularly, and that shouldn't be a problem.

I don't have any myself just yet. I have an appointment this coming week to get a reverse p.a. (which goes through the top and exits through the urethra). Regular P.A's, or so I'm told, don't hurt a whole lot when they're first pierced, but remain very sensitive for a long time afterwards. The Reverse P.A. is much more painful because it goes through much more tissure. It also bleeds quite a bit for a few days. Ampallangs and Apadravyas hurt a lot and have a very slow healing time. Dydoes, frenums, scrotum piercings, etc. vary as well.

From what I've been told, piercings that pass through the urethra will affect your urine stream slightly, usually causing a little dribble. You may be able to compensate for this by rotating the jewelry, turning your penis, or blocking the extra hole with a finger. Or you might just sit down to pee.

And yes, genital piercings are hot on both genders. And male genital piercings increase pleasure for both partners tremendously. You have to wait until it's healed, obviously, but then you just need to be gentle the first few times so you get used to it. I can't wait to get my Reverse P.A.!

I definitely do not like it... to me it just looks like a source for infection in an area where infection would just be very disgusting and potentially hazardous to your sexual health. I think it also carries a gay stigma with it as well.

Have something else pierced -- to much room for infection. Plus it's really unnecessary (if you know what I mean).
