You can only ask and answer several questions a day.
If you are on a higher level then you can ask and answer more..
As soon as you are on level 2 you can rate questions and answers.. and so on..

I worked hard for my points and level. I answer the questions to the best of my knowledge and honesty and then wait to see how many points I accumulate. I have 3,600+ points and I am at a Level 4.

Points earned for answering questions. The more questions you answer the more points you earn. the higher the level you can achieve.
