The application is looking for a supporting file. Do a search for the file and if it is not in the same directory as the application, create a shortcut and move it to the same directory.

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?borlndmm.
After you download it, just right click on it and choose extract. Extract it to you system directory. If your program doesn't work, there is something else wrong.
