by your parameters, zero gravity but with oxygen - the flame would look like it does on earth. Round globular except for the top where the HOT oxygen (you say is there) rises. Gravity doesn make the flame a ball so why should it be a ball with out gravity?

Fire cannot exist without oxygen so it does not exist outside of plasma form in stars and such. Fire can be created in space by using rockets that contain oxygen in them to feed the fire. Oxygen rich flames are blue in color and very hot. So thrusters in space would likely have blue colored flames.
As far as the shape of the flame in zero gravity. It would be globular in nature. Kinda wierd looking.
