Several times.
As a small kid my mom was sewing a dress for a neighbor and I was needed to "stand in the dress" so she could check the hem.
I went to an all boys high school and guys would cross dress for plays and skits in pep rallies.
I did it for a girl I was dating and she thought it was fun (it was much less fun for me).
From all this, I have to say that I lost my fear of women's clothes, but I find most of their clothes uncomfortable. I think pantyhose is torture, bras are useless, and wigs get your head hot.. And I never found any women's shoes that fit. On the positive side, tricot nylon does have a sensual feel.

I think so, but I've mostly just done it on Halloween. I think I did it once or twice on normal days, just to see if I could pass.
