Easiest thing I've seen is to buy pillowcases, slip them over the tops, then decorate them as you want. (bows, netting, etc.)
No one can tell the difference.

Go second hand shopping, find many many white sheets. You can either dye them to match or leave them white. Then get a whole lot of matching wide ribbon and tie a bow around where the seat and chair back meet. It's much cheaper and very easy. Not to mention a wonderful decoration that you can use over and over. Good Luck! Congrats!
