Short answer: no.
If you would like to read into the Katrina desaster a bit more, you might find that while the federal government was slow to come to the aid of New Orleans, it should be noted that the federal government is not authorized to come in until invited. The city and state governments were extremely slow in letting FEMA in. In truth, FEMA should have been involved before the storm ever hit, but some foolhearty people did not think that a catagory 5 hurricane would be too big of a problem for them. Most of the "Bush hates black people" crap comes from the fact that the levies broke and destroyed alot of black neighborhoods. It should be noted that this was predicted a long time ago, and that amendments in the budget to bring them back up to date have been proposed and chopped out of the budget by congress well back into the 80s.

I don't think Bush hates black people per sa - I think Bush loathes all minorities, viewing them as dispensible because it is proven that most minorities vote Democratic.
Why do they vote that way? Because it is the Democrats that work hard to assist minorities by passing bills (that will later become law), that helps minorities, many of which which have the least amount of schooling, the least pay, larger families, no insurance, etc.
More minorities (but not all), have a tendancy to work for minimum wage, barely making enough to pay for the necessities let alone pay for health insurance, they use food stamps, wellness programs, Medicaid & Medicare programs & other programs that cater to the needy. These are programs the Democrats fight hard for to keep.
Minority votes are dispensible to Republicans. They vote on bills that cater to the very rich (like the Estate tax), and other taxes that give the rich tax deductions & shelters. Many , believe me, pay no taxes at all--like Enron executives who paid no taxes for 4 out of 5 years!!
That's why the Katrina tragedy was so sad. The majority were black. We all know what happened there. And in the most unprecedented evacuation ever, the Govt moved them into (mostly) Republican states, probably in the hopes of changing LA from a Democratic state to a Republican state. It was no "accident" that the majority of the promised trailers from FEMA never happened. Insurance companies were not forced by the US Govt to pay up. And many persons who were promised financial assistance by the US Govt, never happened. So the poor folks who were displaced by Katrina, could never hope to return & rebuild. The majority of persons left in New Orleans are the wealthier persons who could rebuild their lives or business owners. That's it. Sad, isn't it?

Who would ever really know? He'd never admit it.
I disagree with his policies. Can't think of a single thing he has ever done to benefit anyone in this country who is not wealthy. Since African Americans are the largest disenfranchised group in this country, his policies that hurt the poor affect more African American people than any others. Perhaps that is why people perceive him as racist.

I think he doesnt respect them as much as white people no offence to you all. I mean if it was white people who got caught in Hurricane Katrina Bush would have had them taken faster and would have taken more notice.

Black people hate themselves, that is why they are a hopeless case. If they would get the crackpipe out of their mouths, get jobs, raise their kids.....They would fine. No one gets more opportunity in this country than the black race.....They can go to college for free, get their bills paid....
They oppress themselves.
