Of course, everyone has a conscienc, but some choose to ignore their conscience and it becomes seared like a branding iron.

Everybody has a conscience. Its just that some people follow bad influences and dont listen to their conscience, which is sad.

I don't think we have a conscience like in cartoons, that talks in our ears (little angel and devil..lol), I think it's just us thinking about what we should or shouldn't do or say. It all depends on the way you've been taught growing up I suppose. My little sister has an anger problem, and she can't access the part of her brain that tells her she's wrong when she's upset. So I guess everyone has a conscience, it's just a question of whether you can access it or not.

Yes, everyone has a conscience, but sometimes the person's conscience may be flawed due to too much of a chemical being induced into the brain or nervous system.
That is why serial killers say they are so derranged, because most of the time they have some kind of physiological flaw that may be inhibiting their thought pattern.
Or maybe the devil has hold of them, you be the judge.

There are people who are said to have no conscience. They look like everyone, appear to act normal, figure out what it takes to appear to have a conscience - but behind all that normal appearance is a person who can't emphathize with other people, can't feel bad about doing rotten stuff, and just kind of goes around like a "robot" and does what he/she feels like doing.
If you look up "sociopath" you'll see the characteristics of this type of person.

Sociopaths, they are void of normal emotion, they mimic the ppl around them, they have no conscience, or very little, because they know society views what they do as wrong and they know they probably shouldn't do bad things but they dont really care.

No not a sociopath. William Jefferson Clinton is a sociopath and he has no conscience. He believes that nothing is ever his fault.
