Nature. When I look at it and really listen to it I see how God gave us everything..what a gift life is. It is overwhelmingly wonderful when you see how perfectly *worked out* nature is. Unfortunately not many of us slow down and think about it because we get caught up in all of the barriers that get in our way.

Wen i am sad i turn on my favorite radio station or CD and write , anything, poetry, journal,stories, it calms me down, or i sit in the bath tub and do very bad things to myself, but i dont think that would help you.
