I wouldn't. Feces are waste; eating it would be a waste. So only someone who was starving and didn't know anything, in such a case, would they eat their own...you know. It's the same with drinking your own urine. Why would you do that? It's waste. There is absolutely no nutritional value to it. Whoever you are talking about who did this, I suggest you tell them that they need to seek the diagnosis from a mental health professional as soon as possible. In the mean time, keep him away from dog parks and his own poop.
