I only trip going up also!!! I've wanted to tell someone that for years. Thanks for this opportunity.

Up and Down......I'm such a klutz! My foot slips off a step when I'm going down and I trip when I'm going up.........the only way I won't trip is if I look down while I'm going up or down the steps.

last week it really happened to me when i was down fast because some important reasons but never had been tripped while going up...

yes, me too. i like walking up fast..and have tripped a few times-darn feet.like the saying goes: take one step at a time.
