You exist, period. We intuitively know we exist even before we think about it. We don't derive our existence by thinking about it.
You cannot think if you don't exist because your body, your brain, and the mind that works through it, would not exist. We experience existence only through our bodies. And we know we exist because other people acknowledge our existence.
Anyway, what practical use would doubting the reality of the world or the self have? You still have to go to work, and live, and eat, and drive...You can't think like that and live at the same time.

I wonder this all the time when I am at work doing something really monotonous. It becomes automatic and I do it without thinkign and it's like I'm watching myself working while thinking of other things

Truth lies in the eyes of the beholder. I believe I exist. Therefore, I do. Also, if I didn't, then nothing else could exist. There would be nothing. Get it?

Whether you think you exist or not, you exist. (On the psych ward, many people think they are invisible or not "here," but I still see them!). (Hey, YOU, I see you; yes, it is time to bathe now!). If you believe you are somewhere else, but you are here, you are still here, whether I believe you are here or not. Mental confusion does not alter physical reality.

Good question. I think I am here because I think i am. And you are there because I think you are there.

Descartes had it backwards. " I think, therefore I am". Should be, "I am, therefore, I think.". Think about that!! You cannot think before you can exist, there for you must exist, or be here, before you can conceptualize the concept of existence or thinking.
