My girlfreind is constantly picking apart things i do lately. It's not like i don't do things for us. I do landury, i take her out shopping, and anythin else that i can think of to be nice. And i know it's no pms.

Ask her why she's so dissapointed with you. I bet she'd tell ya. DON'T interrupt her or treat her like she's exaggerating or it will escalate while she tries to drive her point(s) into your thick skull. Don't get defensive. No blame shifting. Just stand there and nod. Much less painful for everyone. And maybe she'll be nice to you.
