My boss gives promotions to her family before ppl that have worked there for nearly 3 yrs.She then makes ME do the work for them because they have no bloody Idea what the hell they are doing.She will steal things off your desk,and I'm not talking about office supplies.I mean personal items,like radios,etc.She doesn't wash her hands after she uses the facilities.She chews on pens and then leaves them laying around for ppl to pick u(remember she doesn't wash her hands).Her teeth are the color of burnt charcoal ashes(grey).She will tell you to stop what your doing to do something for her (or her kids) and then biatch about you getting behind.She never does any work and when it comes time to turn in what she was supposed to be doing ,she drives everyone MAD with her bitchy ways.She makes up "office rules" and then breaks them when it suits her,or her kids.
And WORST of all ....she took the internet away from me because I had a confrontation with her.That was the last damn straw

I've had a boss like that before... You're never going to be happy there unless she dies (in which case her kids are going to be taking her position, and you'll still be no farther up the economical chain than you were in the first place)...
I would STRONGLY suggest that you find another place of employment, because I can almost guarantee, by the sounds of things, you're already on your way out the door. That happened to me, and once I became as miserable as it sounds like you are, I was let go about a week later.

certain, that's the ladies that continuously dominate once you've 2 or more effective dogs...the lads back all the way down to them many times and the ladies folk rule. Very uncommon that a male and lady would have any 'really intense' squabbles or wrestle to the point of intense harm in the adventure that they are in reality acquaintances that get alongside interior an similar kinfolk. suited mixture in case you'll have more effective than one canines is a spayed woman and a neutered male. OK, take a deep breath first..it looks like she is running a family owned and operated business and some hired help. in the situation you described to me, it seems that you are being treated unfairly because you get stuck with doing the actual work while her family just goofs off.talk to your boss about the way you are being treated and see if she is willing to compromise with you.if not, it may be a good idea to quit this job and look for a job where your treated fairly and equal. all your going to get if you stay at this job is treated unfairly and stuck with the jobs no one else wants to do..the added stress will affect your health and mental state of mind..I'm sure a lady of your talents can find a more decent place to work..good luck
