The closest I've come to "Owning a Person" is they guy who was so in love with me. I had him wrapped around my little fingar and didn't realize it until I went out with his room-mate (ouch ... I felt like scum) ... that basically ending his worshiping of me.

You never know what you got till it's gone.

thru love you can own them, and you can make them do anything you want, but should be meaningful ;)

My ancestors did. We still have the receipts from when they purchased slaves in our safe deposit box. I'm not saying I condone it but it's family history.
