Yes.

He's admitted to willful violation of federal law (18 USC 2511). The Supreme Court has determined that he has committed actions our own laws define as war crimes (18 USC 2441). He has betrayed his oath of office to support and defend the constitution.

And he has done it all because he doesn't think the laws should apply to him. That's abuse of power.

As a citizen of the USA, you are entitled to certain inalienable rights--primary among these rights is your right to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS. To protect these rights, Our President, (the executive branch), Our Congress, (Representatives of the People), and our Judiciary, (The Supreme Court) must act responsibly.

Our Executive Branch, our Congress, and our Judiciary have concurred with our President in waging a war on terrorism. I don't understand what you don't understand about the process.

Understanding the political process will make you a more informed citizen of this great nation. Look again, our first inalienable right is the right to life. After 9/11, many of our lives were taken by people who want to kill us. It is a responsibility of our president to keep us safe.

Emergency powers could be exercised only if there is really an existing threat to national security especially terrorism. Thus, the acts of President Bush is within the constitutional provisions on protection of the state.

How did you become so brilliant? Who taught you? What is Bush guilty of and what should I feel guilty of for voting for him? It's you lame airheaded idiots that think we don't have any enemy that wants to convert us to Islam or be killed. If Bush is guilty of being strong on terrorism, then by God I'm guilty too! Do you happen to know that the TSA wiretapping, etc. is part of what uncovered this plot to blow up THOUSANDS of Americans and Britons in midair? Oh, I guess you wouldn't know about such things. You think you're so brilliant and profound. I'm just glad we don't have a wuss in the White House right now. I'm GLAD we have a President who is STRONG on Islamic terrorists. I guess you want a President who will kiss the Islamic terrorists a$$e$. Is that what would make you happy? Yeah, YOU probably kiss their a$$e$!
