a lot of people have told be to use burts bees, but it, like most of the stuff i've looked at is made with beeswax. and they few exceptions i've found make my lips feel dry, and comes off way to easy. i'm really having trouble here. good thing its not THAT important of a question for me.

All natural and no animal by products?
Try The Body Shop, they have great lipstick and they give back to the community. Look for a store near you. www.thebodyshop.com
Also Arbonne, this is also very natural and popular. Only thing is you can't go to a store to get this makeup you have to have a consultant and they order it directly from Arbonne themselves. Try www.arbonne.com and search for a consultant that lives near you.
Both of these places sell all kinds of makeup and skin-care products and everything is NATURAL and it has no mineral oil or animal by products.

Burt's Bees stuff is made with beeswax so don't know if that counts or not as far as an animal product or by product. I like it a lot though.

well I'm a huge nature freak , but most gloss is not animal used OR animal tested.... but bon bon is so watch out... but i would look at the back of the gloss and if it says "do not test on animals" then u will know that they themselves did not test on animals.. because they know the harm that could affect.. but if it does not say it... i would look that up, never jump to conclusions

My wife prefers to use semen. Although technically an animal byproduct, no one was harmed in the manufacturing of this product...
