What Bagger will fit my Montgomery Ward Riding Mower?

I have a 42 in cut 12.5 hpr. I need to get a rear bagger for this Riding Mower. I know it is a Montgomery Ward mower with 42 inch deck and that is all. Can anyone advise what mounting hardware I need and where I can find a bagger for this rider. Thanks

Like a lot of "brand name retailers", Montgomery Ward contracted with various mower manufacturers through the years to have their mowers built. In most cases, the mowers were identical to the manufacturers' own brand except for the paint, decals, and model numbers. The trick is to determine which manufacturer originally built your mower.

I would take a couple of pictures of the mower and along with all of the model and serial number information, I would visit the oldest mower repair shop in the area. These old shops can usually look at the mower and know who manufacturered it and where to get replacement parts and accessories. Chances are good your wasn't the only one sold in the area, and they are likely to have worked on the model in the past.
