I don't think they actually had a name as such, fell beasts seems to be what they're called in the film. There's a picture on this site...

I don't believe there is a name for the winged beasts that they rode.
you could try looking though the Encyclopedia of Arda (its on-line)
Or you could do a google image search under "nazgul"
