I tried taking pills back to back but felt crummy so stopped half way through the 2nd pack. I let myself have a period and then started taking the pill about 3 or 4 days after my period. I usually started on Sundays but changed it to Thursdays this time around. I had sex 2 weeks after. I didn't use a condom but had been taking the pill for 2 weeks properly. I vomited a few days ago and have been feeling nauseous since. Should I be worried of pregnancy?

Definatly.
The pill is only 99 pct effective to begin with, and thats only if you take them every day at the same time, regardless of if you had a period or not, you are supposed to continue takeing them.

If they were upsetting your system, you should have called your dr so that the two of you could decide and agree upon a differant kind of pill.

Generally the pill will work the most effectively when taken correctly for 30 days, this is why they tell you for the next 14 to 21 days use an alternate method to prevent pregnancy.

Yes you should. You need to be on the pills for 30 days for them to be fully effective, without missing them or stopping them. You had only been back on the for about 2 weeks when you had unprotected sex, so you should get a pregnancy test and find out. Good Luck!!

yes. birth control pills cannot prevent pregnancy unless you use the correctly and on a regular basis, which you are not.
