how much is USA deficit, our country is for sale?

I find in http://www.economyincrisis.org/show article.asp?id115, some stuff about USA is for sale, that mean we not have future?

The deficit is around 300 billion dollars and that's not counting the money that has been borrowed from the Social Security Trust Fund. We are currently borrowing 2 billion dollars a day just to keep this country running. Since our debt is bought up by foreign countries they by our companies, land and roads. Several toll roads have been sold to foreign companies. And if you look deep enough you'll find out that most "US" companies are foreign owned.
