my question is did nicole richie have a cosmetic medical procedure done to lose all the weight she has lost?
she has no loose skin is very skinny and her knees are much smaller how much weight did she lose n how come she doesnt have loose flabby hanging skin???

Nicole is young and was never really THAT overweight. Her skin shrunk as she lost weight. The elasticity of skin is good when you are young and you don't sag when you lose weight. How she lost the weight... well, I think it's probably that she's got an issue with eating...like anorexic tendencies or she's back on the heroine again. When she used to do drugs, she said she was rail thin.... now that she's rail thin again, one can only assume that she may have relapsed into using drugs.

They say she weighed like 125 before and is like 90 now. In my opinion she looked like she weighed a little over 125 before but she's rich so you know she had some sort of help losing all that weight. She is too freakin skinny now it's gross. She looked really good in the December 2004 pic she should of stopped there.

She does a lot of drugs. You lose weight when you do hard drugs. She wasn't very big to begin with, and she probably lost it over time, and she is still pretty young, so her skin still has some elasticity. That's why she has no loose skin.

She wasn't fat originally, so no, she's not going to have flabby skin. Now she's just skeletal and not that sexy. She's probably not eating. o_O Don't idolize that sort of appearance. It's mega-unhealthy.
