Old Republicans and Democrats in the House and Senate will never change and our country will not go anywhere with their bickering. Anybody who already served 12 years or more should not be able to run again.

Senators and Congressmen must only serve for a limited time so that young ones will be given the chance to serve. Old politicians only serve their party's interest in the legislative body instead of the people. The constitution should be amended to make this change-for the good.

Yes, but it will never happen. Who do you suppose has to vote for that? Yep, senators and congressmen. They have sucked the national tit for so long that they sure won't allow term limits. I think it should be 8 years, just like the president

Do you mean the Senate and the House of Representatives? Together they make up the Congress. So please do not say...Senate and Congress. It does not make sense. The constitution and amendments are set. Become a polititian so you can change the laws.

I dont think it should be a law. I dont think Presidents should be limited to 2 terms either. If the person can get the job done and is good at it, and is a good leader, it is best that they stay. Sometimes there may not be a good leader ready to take that position, allthough there's is always some1 that wants to.
