No. Its the exact same car minus the sunroof.
The EX-L and the SE V6 are the same again but no sunroof. These have leather etc. The 4 cyl EX also has heated mirrors. The honda website has a nice comparison chart for trim levels.

Well, a few months ago I bought my daughter a new 2006 Honda Accord EX, I think, and we specified that it have a 4 cylinder engine because it had ample pep, and gave better gas mileage than the 6 cylinder engine. I know it had a sun roof, and automatic transmission, and a very good stereo/CD player, etc. We bought her the extended warranty. It is a 4-door, and we specified fabric seats and they got it that way. I can't remember much more since she lives a few miles away and is too busy to come see us often, but, it was a very good buy, so, I wish you the best. God Bless you.

Yes the se has leather seats and heated seats and heated outside mirrors...................
