Okay I'm an outdoor person, and you know there's ALOT of mesquitoes out especially where I live. So whenever I go outside I get bite by mequitoes, and I would scratch and scratch then it would stop itching. Then the mesquitoe bites would turn into dark spots and this is like all over my feet. So I was wondering does anybody know any inexpensive product, or something I can do at home to get rid of these spots. I am starting my freshman year in High school this wednesday. I'm getting my toes done and all of that, but those spots on my feet its just ughhhhhhhhhhhhh! So if anybody has any tips on what to do I'd really appreciate it, and no I don't go outside anymore, and no the bites don't itch any more they just turned into dark spot all over my feet well anyways.Thanks.

Stop scratching. You are going to scar yourself. try mixing a little bit of milk in some VERY hot soapy water. Like one cup of milk in a gallon of soapy water. Soak your feet for about 20 minutes. pat dry. Can't guarantee it will work but it sometimes does. Good luck

I had the same thing happen to me two 4th of July's ago. Argh the spots stayed forever!
Basically those little spots are bruises, so the same things that help bruises go away sooner should help this.
Take your vitamins, I take a "Womens 1-a-day"
The vitamin "K" in it helps with your capillaries
The Vitamin "E" is good for your skin too.
Make sure to get plenty of water.
You body has to have water for your lymph system to pick up and flush away the damaged little bits.
Move your body, especially the area with the marks. The lymph system works "passively" it doesn't have a pump like the heart pumping blood, it works by your muscles squeezing the one way channels. So any physical activity helps move things along.
Try massaging the area with your hands (gently) to help break things up and move it along. Some times our feet don't get a lot of attention compared to other areas, like our face or scalp. Maybe just helping the circulation twice a day could help things.
I don't lotion will really help any, but it couldn't hurt. Maybe if you try some of that lotion with the gradual tan builder on your legs and the tops of your feet it will help camouflage it?
Good luck. They will fade soon enough.

Well, this is scarring. some people scar light and some dark. You can try peroxide and water....or they sell skin lightening products in the drug store. There isn't a whole lot you can do. Try to use insect repellent next time to keep them from biting and alcohol to stop the itching so you don't scratch so much. I've even heard that people use dental cleansing tablets to lighten skin on their fingers if they smoke a lot. I had scars from childhood because I would scratch and get them infrcted. Good luck!

Okay here we go. Take some mayonnaise and apply on spots. Let sit for ten minutes. Now take some lemon juice and wash away. Now take a q-tip and apply some mustard on the same spots. Leave this on all day and wash off again with lemon juice.

For the scars, try using Contractubex. It is anti-cicratical/anti-inflammatory. Massage the gel 3 to 4 times daily into the skin or scar tissue until complete penetration of the gel. This is also good for pimples and keloidal scars.

The spots should eventually go away-in the meantime, use some foundation make-up of some sort so their not as noticable. If after a period of time they do not go away, I'd consider going to a dermatologist.

They are either scabs or scars. Both will diminish in time. Stop scratching and use an ointment or something on them so you will stop taking the tops off the bites.
