I know Saudi Arabia alone can produce 20 million barrels a day. X 365...7.3 billion, and that's just one country.
I've done some further research and Saudi Arabia maybe can produce that much, but usually 10 million barrels per day, so half that, over 3 billion for them a year, plus you can add the rest up on the list. Looks like rounding it off a bit around 60 million barrels per day altogether X 365 days = close to 22 billion per year.
