actually it is the wise man who refrains when he has something to say because he knows the fool will say something too. The wise man just takes it all in and does not exploit the fact that he is wise

Anyway. I know a lot of people that can't be quiet... They just talk talk talk... I also know some that are quiet mostly, think things through, and then IF it is important they will say something, usually good because they thought about it.
