Oxyclean. I would not use regular clorox bleach on it...Sometimes bleach will make stain worse or turn whites yellow or make a hole in the cloths.
wet the stain with water or a stain remover and then sprinkel Oxyclean on it and let set 45 min to an hour.

Good Luck

Don't try; remove the shirt by throwing it away, go to the store that you purchased it and buy another, of course if you just must keep it; bleach it. Not just the stain but the entire shirt, let it sit in the washing machine with luke warm water and bleach for approx one hour. Don't overkill by using to much bleach. use only a small amount so you don't have the shirt eaten up, if it's still there, try again with a little more bleach. If still there, do as I first suggested. good-luck. As ever, trickyricky

Dampen the stain with some water. Then sprinkle some dry detergent on the wet spot. You can leave it like this to dry if you can't wash it right now. When you do wash it eventually with a little bleach in the water, it should come out.
