It depends on your college. Most places will let you test out of Algebra (trig is usually not a requirement, unless you're in math or science), or may let you out of it based on your SAT/ACT scores.

Depends on your major, but i've never heard of anyone taking trig in college....Also you could possibly get credit from highschool if you're teacher has the right credentials (at least a master's degree) and if you paid for the college credit through a local college. This usually has to be arranged before the class ends though.

probably not . but it all depends on your major. if it's math science, then you have to take addtl math courses but definitely diff from algebra and trigonometry. i had to take trig and calculus in college because i didn't; in high school. our school system in my country was patterned after the American school curriculum.
When i took my bachelor's and master's in New York i had to take the Sat and GRE in order to graduate because they were not required of us in high school where i came from. But at least all my college credits were considered and accepted.
anything you take as an undergraduate will not be considered for college or graduate sch should you decide to go further in your education, but no matter how you slice it, i had the most fun while i was in school.

depends on the college you go to, some colleges teach the same courses but at a different level but it has the same name. There should be a placement test that you will take in college to place you in the math classes you should take...

Not if you don't want to. If you are in the sciences or math you'll need to take Calculus (and even higher-level maths for physics and mathematics majors).
If you are a Liberal Arts major you won't need to take any math in some cases (although certain schools may require at least 1 or 2 math courses).

It depends on the program.
If you did, it would not be the same course you took in highschool.
