i am making a server on counter strike source and i was trying to get my friends in, but thet cant join?

they said it send the server wasnt responding,
i set up all the map stuff, the time limits, and i have the detecated server, i got into the server easy, i put in the ip adress and i got in, but when my friends tried it didnt work. plz help


i was also wondering how to get the admin settings like glow, and changeing into the speacial characters
