What if someone doesn't want to exist for all eternity? Is it possible to not want this? Is it possible not to exist?

You wont know .. because you will be formatted just like computers and you wont even remember that you dont want to exist for eternity .. And you already existed long ago .. and will exist forever .. because existance is unstoppable .. it is known that Energy Never vanishes and never come from no where ..then you were somewhere before you were here .. then you are here from forever .. and will be here forever . because time is like .. nothing .. nothing is called time .. it is something we calculate the way we live .. but if we have eternity then we will never need time because time will be = infinity = Zero ..

I think it is possible if one REALLY wants it but one can only be sure of that when he dies. I mean after you face the afterlife you then can know if you like it or not and then you may make a decision. For the moment I say enjoy the life and leave the hereafter for the hereafter!

Since you have asked the question, I would say it is definitely possible to not want this. I also believe that each incarnation is different and thus, you may not remember the last. That, philosophically speaking, means you didn't exist in this incarnation.

if you have ever had a blackout or fainted then you have experienced non existance.
belief in the afterlife is of no consequence as what will be will be.
life as we know it requires a passage of TIME, and as your sentience is reliant upon your senses time requires reletive measurement,rather like the tree in the forrest that falls with no one around to hear it - can existence occur without recognition?

It's possible not to want it but you won't get any choice in the matter? Did anyone ask you if you wanted to be created? Likewise, you won't be asked what happens to you after you die. Also, what you believe while you're alive will have no bearing on the outcome.

I wouldn't know sweety. just wait until you die and ask your creator for what you wish. what He might do is give you a case of amnesia so that you don't remember not wanting to exist :D

they say you can go to hell,heaven or be lost soul...only lost souls last forever.they are not in heaven nor in hell and they just wonder between those 2 without any point until the end of time.
to be a lost soul is worse than being in hell they say.
anyway,only if you are really bad and you dont go to hell you last forever.
people who go to heaven may have the chance to return to live other lives,so the people in hell,to straighten what they have done wrong.
anyway,this only if there's afterlife...

i think people who is going to be in hill will wish if they had never existed!
i am Muslim & i believe good deeds to all creatures including even plants & un living things is our way to paradise where we will never be bored from eternity as god says they will have every thing in it & we "refers to god" still have more!
our poreft mohamed taught us by his own deeds to respect others for example
he forgived all his enemies ,who tried to kill him many times,& said to them go you are free
he blamed one of his friends for forcing his camel to do hard work
he said if you have seeds in your hands & it is the hour cultivate it
he used to touch a tree very kindly saying it can feel
so, dear friend good people will be very happy in enternity& they will never refuse it!
