A mature astrologer does not generalize. Sun signs have a small influence in the mature chart. One must look at all of the positions and aspects of the planets to each other and to the 12 houses. The stuff one sees in magazines and newspaper based upon Sun signs is childish. I have Sun, Moon, Venus and Jupiter in conjunction on the cusp of Cancer-Leo and Mars in Libra. Conjunctions make many planets strong. Your question is meaningless to a trained astrologer like me.
