I'm talking about cosmetic facials.
My main thing is that they're expensive and I want to be sure it's worth the money.

Depends on what condition your skin is currently in. My skin is typically oily: enlarged pores and blackheads. When they do the extractions it causes some irritation at first so they recommend that if you are getting the facial for an event, such as a wedding, get it done a few days beforehand to allow the inflammation to go down. Other than that, I would say it's well worth the money. Have them done regularly (at least once a month) for best results. Enjoy!

I loved it, it is very relaxing and they take off the dead skin, they can also do a deep cleanse on your face, but I didn't have that done, just a facial.

Yes, I love it! Depends on what kind of facial though. I usually get European. I also get an arm and hand massage.

Very relaxing.
Also made my skin look great, clean and fresh.
Make sure that the hygenist doesn't over-extract, or you'll end up with red marks. And make sure that she warms up your skin and open the pores before she starts cleaning it.

My GF had to go off the pill for 2 months and I pulled out once while she was on top, and accidentally shot myself. Horrible experience,but she thought it was some sort of justice.

Yes, it feels pretty refreshing if the person does it right. Don't go anywhere cheap, or it'll just feel like you have a whole bunch of crap on your face.
