Well maybe your computer can't send it b/c it's to far out

Well first off, are you sure she gave you the right address? Second, when you say you "can't email her" was does that mean? What happens? Your question doesn't really make sense so that's probably why you haven't gotten any answers. Explain it more and then we can help.
