I can't find a institute that offers TIA+ study for worldwide,except for USA ,and it is not work for Pacific Ocean countries,I'm interest in computer technisian,please inform me if you know one that offers for worldwide .

A+ certification is A+ certification, no matter where in the world you go. As long as you are fluent in the language where you will be working, you can fix any PC based computer, world-wide.
However, fixing MAC's is another story. I wish A+ certification included working with MAC's, and I cannot help you there.
I received my A+ training at ECPI. We studied from Meyer's book for an A+ textbook. I also studied from A+ Cram Exam.

I would search google and you may find some sites that you can register for practice exams. Otherwise you can a reference book from half.com or amazon.com etc. When it comes to taking the test you'll probably register through Prometric or Vue.
