Myspace is dangerous for minors in the same way that any online forum can be. You never know if the people you are talking to are really who they say they are. It's very easy for pedophiles to manipulate minors into meeting up with them. If you never meet up with anyone, there's no danger. If you do decide to meet someone, though, ALWAYS bring an escort AND make sure its in a public place. This is true for any online meeting place, not just myspace.

It can be dangerous. Don't put too much personal information on the page, also, if you get IMs or emails from people you don't know, you shouldn't answer them. Who knows what kind of sick, perverted people are out there ftrying to find people to victimize. Just be careful about what you put on there and who you are in contact with over the internet and you'll be OK.

Learn everything that you can about security and safety. Don't show any personal information. Don't show your address or telephone number. Do not make invisible internet friends on-line, and share personal information with them either.

no, myspace itself isn't dangerous, it's myspace combined with people's stupidity that's dangerous. If you put all your information out there and venture of to meet someone you only know through myspace, then yea, you may get hurt.
