I am looking to make and sell things with OU sooner logo on it, I would like to know how to get a license?

Call the OU business office and start asking questions. It is likely that they already have exclusive deals set up so it might be tough.

The school probably owns the copyright so maybe try contacting the business office.

IF they agree, contact the school at Oklahoma and ask for permission to resell merchandise using their trademarked logo.
