If she is really 'all that' then why not being confident? I never have problems with people that are 'all that', because even if they are too cooky sometimes, they can be! On the other hand, if she is not, just approach her about things that you think are not really 'all that' and see how she reacts to it! In other words, make her aware that she is not as great as she thinks she is, but in a nice way! Don't be to direct.

If she's your good friend, then you could say as you're kind of smiling/laughing,"Wow! You certainly have a lot of self-confidence!"

Are you sure, though, that it's not an act because she actually is not so self-assured? It could be just a facade.

If she's your friend and wouldn't take offense, try the first thing I said.

If she's full of herself, she'll take any criticism at all as a personal attack and "being mean."

Even if you do it as nicely as possible, she won't take it that way. You're better off just letting her be.

Tell her she's full of herself and you're not trying to be mean about telling her.

try to politely make a joke about it. if she still dont get it, then there is no way you can make her see. She will eventually snap out of it especially depending on her age.

I don't think you can. But, try subtle hints. Else just bite the bullet.
