It really depends - a corduroy purse isn't good to carry with you in the summer - it is a fall/winter fashion thing. There is nothing hot about a cordury tote bag - go for something more structured with pockets, buckles, and embroidery. Also, make sure your outfit matches - there is nothing hot about an outfit and purse clashing no matter what the time of year is.

I think it depends on the color. and the style.
If it is a cargo style in khaki, or olive I say "Hot"
If it is really structured, with a bunch of appliques, like sequins, in a bright color I say "Not"

my grandmother wears cordoroy
look for a different material purse
if you want to bein trend and looking cute
and not looking like your g-mom
srry to say but i care about u looking good lol
courdoroy are cute for pants though
