First, try and pay attention to what you're typing.
Second, proofread your email before you send it.
Third, copy and paste it into either an online spellchecker or into Microsoft Word.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, but if you're emailing someone important, say for a job interview, spelling and grammar are extremely important. A lot of potential employers will simply delete the email if they find any typos.

Well when I type an email that is too long to actually go back over and proof read I type it first in like Microsoft Word then let it spell check cause I know not all email has spell check Then I copy and paste it But that's what I do I hope it will help you But you still might want to proof read if its that important to you just to make sure cause it doesn't always correct grammatical errors or you could have some one else do it

If your email program as a spellcheck then use it before you send.

If it doesn't, then type your emails in a word processor like Microsoft Word, then spellcheck, fix any errors, then copy and paste into your email.

Remeber to always re-read what you wrote before sending, even if you use spellcheck, because it overlooks some things.

Like if you meant to write ' I went to THEIR house.' and instead you typed 'I went to THERE house.' It won't find that because there is a word. It won't catch misused words, just grammar, misspellings, double words, etc.
