And your mother and father died, while ontop of a huge mountain surrounded by trees so noone could see you being bor and you stubbled your way into civilization and somehow made a living and then get arrested by the cops. Isnt it possible that they cant arrest you because you have no life profile?

They can still arrest you for breaking the law. What happens to you afterwards would be determined by the circumstances you noted.
