I wana be friends with this populargirl at school but she always around friends so i never get to talk to her she is really nice and pretty and i want a really good friend , i am very shy

Why do you want to be friends with her? Because she's pretty. or because she's popular.? If you want my advice...that's a pretty stupid reason to be friends with someone. Being popular will not make her a good friend...in fact she may be a horrible friend because she sounds like the type to betray for popularity.
Do not ever try hard to be someone's friend...that is not the way friendship works...trust me. Be yourself and true friends will come to you in time.

If you want a really good friend, I would look for someone else like yourself - someone who is shy as well. Popular girls aren't known for being very kind and open to new friendships.

Well... are you sure you really wanna be her friend? popular gurls can be real *****es... but if you really really wanna be her friend, your gonna wanna be tight with her cronies too. I would suggest talking even when her friends are around... or a phone call is always cool (unless she doesent even know who you are, then its scary) Or maybe an IM

get over it and move on,.... to her, you're just a face in the crowd.
Why don't you find a girl that isn't as popular, someone that may have similar interests with you. Its because this girl is poplular, that you want her.
Then get over it and move on.
