"Sodem and Gomorrahble" is a reference to two cities (Sodom and Gomorrah) discussed in the Bible. These two cities were destroyed for the extreme sinfulness of their inhabitants, so the names Sodom and Gomorrah (meaning "Burnt" and "A Ruined Heap" in Hebrew) are used here to mean "sinful."

In this context, Millie means "nasty" like the two biblical cities in Genisis that were known for moral corruption.
