Well, you could start by turning off the TV.
If for some bizarre reason that doesn't work, you could try disconnecting the cable from the wall (my friend's mom used to take the cable to work every day!).
If that doesn't work, try selling your TV at a garage sale.
Seriously, you should be able to say, "Turn that crap off, it's not allowed in my house", and that should be the end of the story. You are the boss at your house, not the kids.

There are new TiVo-esque systems that can block out certain shows, regardless of TV Rating. Find them at your local electronics store.
OR, you can say, "If you beat the crap out of each other, I'm going to beat the crap out of you!!!"

Well, Im 13 and my little sis is 7 I started watching wrestling last year. i love it but you can tell your sons if they dont stop beating the heck out of each other they will have to stop watching it. give them punishment or something. Like my parents do cause me and my sister do the same thing we also fight like the wrestlers she speared me like edge did to trish stratus this week.

Just block the channel or punnish your kids for fighting.Me and my big brother always mimicked wrestling moves off tv when we were little and we'd get an *** whopping for it.Not enough parents give spankings now a day,it's a damn shame!

Turn off the tv, duh. Or just put a parental control on the tv where they can't watch that channel. There are lots of things you can do, as a parent, to stop it. Ground them and send them to their room if they don't stop after you tell them to. Just don't hit them. They won't understand why it's okay for you to hit and not them.

How bout turn the TV off and send them to their room!
If you don't want them to watch it that should be final!
You ask that like they have a say in the matter.
