OK, this is how it is. My best friend is a guy.I am 13-he is a few months younger. We eat lunch together, go the local pool together, talk on the phone for hours at a time. We both talk to each other longer than than we talk to our boyfriend/in his case girlfriend-they arent phone people. We both are there for each other, but every time I'm seen with him walking and talking together-i would spend this time with my boyfriend, but we have no classes that are the same-they think we are going out. whenever i am on the phone and mom/dad asks who it is and i say it's him their reply is; arent u still goin out with so-and-so?His brother is always saying how we should hook up,but we sure-as-heck dont like each other like that. I would hang out more with my boyfriend but he lives a long whiles away. Why can't a girl and a guy be best friends without bein bf/gf?

because there is no such thing as that. you'll always flirt and like eachother in that certain way. you two will probably end up dating.

We the surfers of cyber world meet with so many people every day. Surfing the net is the best pastime one can ever develop, as internet has the most knowledge, a surfer will never have to wait for a answer. I went through that same thing. I am not a female friend type person. I have only had guy friends through my entire life. My parents use to think I had 15 boy friends. I would have 3-4 guys over just watching tv and they could not figure out what was going on. Until I finally had to sit down and explain to everyone that I was only friends with all of them. I had never even thought of them sexually. And I had to do it with almost everyone. It felt like I had to explain a new situation to a new child all the time, even though they were grown ups. And alot of the guys at school thought I was a whore, until I mainly did the same thing. I was sick of rumors, so I made sure I informed some of the main talkers of who were just friends. It's the only thing that ever worked.

If your boy friend and his girl friend have no problem with it. Don't worry about it. I have a best friend I'm with on one and the same for her But we are so close were like brother and sister people say the same thing's to us. But getting together as a couple would change old that. I can talk to here about anything and she does the same I get the female's point of view and she gets the male's it's a great thing.

Umm my ultimate friends specific, yet even although i like the females I carry out with, I wouldn't totally believe them. It sounds terrible yet i understand for a fact that they each and every each and every now and then gossip approximately one yet another. the two way is say I rather have some friends who're the two elementary climate friends and a few who're like sisters to me.

Yes it is possible to be just friends... i have friends that i would never ever date... no matter how close we got... but u do need to think hard... do u have ne feelings for him at all? and does he have ne feelings for u? u dont wanna let the chance pass... look how close u r... if u guys like eachother than maybe u might actually be happier together but if u are sure u are just friends forget what people think u can be just friends if thats what u really wanna be...it seems to make u both happy..

Most of my friends are guys and that's a lot. Nothing is wrong with a girl and a guy being just best friends. However depending on the closeness of your two, later on you and he may become more than just friends. For some folks when that happens the relationship is ruined but for others it may work. It depends on what both of you want.

cuz the two of you DO like eachother and when you get older youll realize how life is, and in future reference if you become friends w another guy just know at least one of you have hidden feelings for the other, and if that person has a gf/bf already leave them alone cuz things are gonna get extremely complicated, one day the two of you will finally hook up that could be soon or years from now but it will happen

hey, ppl of the opp sexes can be jst frnds. My best frnd while growing up was a guy & our parents thot we'd date and prob marry. But it didn't happen..we nevr did like each other that way!So go ahead, ignore what every one else says and kp the frndshp goin. If anythng does happen when ur older..that's gr8. You 2 wld've known each other for ages and wldn't suffer the teething problems relationshps hv. So realx and enjoy it for wht it is NOW. Best of luck!

look if you do end up dating wich you might not would it be that bad. You like to spend time with him you confide in him and you feel free to be your self with him what is wrong with that. So just keep doing what you always have been and wait to see what happens.
