Dude, most people dump other things in their toilet. *LMAO* Poor dog all inside your crapper. I bet he's freaking out, or actually enjoying a nice bath. I say get a towel and wrap him up in it and take him out of the toilet. You got soap right? If so, use it and wash them dang hands of yours. What's more important? Or dog, or getting poopie on your hands? I hope to goodness you answered 'dog'. If nothing else, put on those yellow dish washing gloves and get him otu that way. No matter what you still gotta give your doggie a bath now or he's gonna smell like toidy.

I feel stupid answering this question, but unless you have already defecated (****) in the toilet, you don't have to worry about bacteria getting on your hands. If you pissed in the toilet, you still don't have to worry because urine is sterile. So, it all depends on these factors. But, if your dog can't get out on his/her own, pull him/her out and just wash your hands. There's still urea in the toilet even after it's flushed, but like I said, urine is sterile. Just wash your hands.

Get dirty man, just go in there and grab him...seems like people are more and more prone to distress when something dirty comes up. It wont kill yea, just wash it off afterwards with soap. It might even do you some good to get your hands dirty.

Get a dog biscuit and try to get him to jump for it, hopefully he will leap right out.
If that doesn't work, try to entice him by waving a cat in his view.
