I have ISA server installed on my domain, i want to connect to other servers on my domain through Remote Desktop, after I submit my Domain Account UN and Password, i get an 'Access Denied' message, knowing that my account has permission to remote desktop. On the other hand I can login normally to the remote computer if i use the LOCAL account of that computer

I remember that the administrator account by default has remote access rights and yes this too is a local account. According to Microsoft, your users must be members of Administrators group. It may be that this is conflicting with local and domain group scopes. I would also check to make sure which groups have access to remote desktop on your computers, which may be on a computer to computer basis. You may have users that are administrators for the domain, but aren't part of the Administrators group on that particular computer. But to verify which groups has access to confirm your suspicion, lets test this theory. Go to System Properties, Remote tab, Click on Select Remote Users and do some testing between local and domain groups and accounts. There is a group called remote desktop users, which may also be of some interest to look into.
