why don't you get a pregnancy work out dvd like pilates or yoga? make sure you get one for pregnancy though, b/c you need to avoid lying on your back after 4 months and for prolonged periods of time... don't do sit ups! squats are great. do some stretches too... good luck with the pregnancy...

You could go to a (safe) community swimming pool or health club because swimming is an excellent workout for pregnancy. Builds endurance and gets the blood pumping and it's easy on the joints.
At home during my pregnancy I do low-impact aerobics, and you can buy videos/dvds just for pregnancy. I also would invite my pregnant friend over and we would do her yoga DVD together and then have a healthy snack.
Gardening is also a great at-home workout.
For exercises, anything that keeps you limber and stretched is good. That includes squats, crunches and back curls.
Crunches especially help strengthen your abs and the stronger they are, the less strain there will be on your back during pregnancy and during labor. After you've given birth you will see just how much you use your tummy to push! Later in pregnancy you might want to do the crunches in a semi-sideways position so you won't be flat on your back. And keep your neck supported.

ask your doctor for pregnancy friendly exersices.
you want something low impact like walking, swimming or water areobics.
These are excellent cardio workouts, they will help pump oxygen rich blood to the baby and to mom.
Ask about yoga as well, it is very low impact and excellent for stretching muscles and retaining/ gaining flexibility.
Avoid sit ups, crunches and exersice that causes you to jump a lot, these can cause strain on the back and pelvic walls making the late stages of pregnancy very diffacult, and possibly resulting in miscarrige.
yes, regular exercise will make the pregnany go by smoothly, and labor and delivery will go quickly.
Congratulations and good luck

Walking lunges around your house. Leg lifts. Bicep curls using canned foods if you don't have weights. Walking up and down the stairs.
All will help!
