Go to "My Computer" and then go to Add/Remove Programs. Find them on that list and remove them.

Usually they're listed there like "Google toolbar, yahoo toolbar, ect"

On your browser? your internet browser?

right click the internet icon on your desk top, select "internet properties" and select "clear history"

if youre talking about programs in general, in your "control panel" select "add/remove programs"

Internet properties, programs, manage add-ons.. list all the add-on in internet explorer... using a different browser? my apologies

Empty your cache - do a search to find it!
Empty your cookies - ditto the above.
Delete the bookmarks you don't need.

just right click and then press delete or exit, altho if you shut ur computa down and bring it bck up, then they will b back, juz folo those stepz!
