Yes. Man has discovered what, 104 or so elements on this tiny spec we named the earth. How many do you think are in the universe?
Remember all the "stuff" that you see: planets, moons, stars are formed from dust and debris you can't see. Your not thinking big enough.

Sure, there are comets, meteors, asteroids, planetoids, the trash left by human use (although that's mainly around Earth) as well as many gasses, solar particles, radiation particles, dark matter, dwarfs of all kinds, pulsars, and much more that we haven't even discovered yet, I would think.
The last part would include life on other planets, which I think must exist somewhere, I just doubt that they've been here on Earth doing anal probing and such.
